The kids are in Dance Camp this week and tomorrow they’re doing a performance – three dances. I saw a preview of the dances and just about fell over myself laughing. They are so cute – and talented.

I bought fireworks for the kids today with the promise that they won’t be lit until Sunday. Lots of excitement!

OK, this is Colin flashing his new high-tech flashlight (gift from Nana) into the ceiling, completely delighted. And next to him on the couch is one of Gianna’s new books (thanks, Marcelle!) which she is also delighted about.

Just now we found our cat, Jack, lurking around the piano bench, which only means one thing: he had brought it another lizard.

Sadly, this one was dead. Stefan brought it outside to show the children.
